What’s in my shower?
Unlike my first two posts, however, I must say that I’m not totally in love with any of these products (aside from the coconut oil and the dry brush). I like them all just fine, but I definitely plan to try something new when I finish these.
Coconut Oil (varies by brand, but usually retails for about $8)
EcoPouf Cleansing Pad (varies by location but usually retails for around $5)
Bamboo Bristle Bath Brush (approximately $10)
As I said, I’m not head-over-heels in love with these products. I do like the GUD shampoo– but mainly because it smells so incredible. I was actually kind of disappointed in the Organix conditioner and found that it wasn’t as moisturizing as I’d like it to be.
Speaking of conditioners, I use the coconut oil as a deep conditioner about once or twice a week. It is incredibly moisturizing! Just be sure to wash your hair really well to remove all of the oil. Otherwise, your hair will be a greasy mess.
And just to clarify, the dry brush isn’t actually inside my shower. I keep the brush right beside the shower, so I can do my dry brushing routine before getting in.

Have a great day!
