Technological issues & Trader Joe’s haul (9/26)

Happy Wednesday!

Clearly, things didn’t go as planned for me as far as getting this post up yesterday.

My blog has some sort of a funky issue going on behind-the-scenes which is why my header is currently missing.  It was really frustrating trying to get it resolved yesterday, and I had to just step away from it for a few hours.

Anyway, I’m back today (obviously), and I have some fun things to share with you.

For starters, here is this week’s Trader Joe’s haul.

Guess what?

The Trader Joe’s fall specialty items are in stock!

I was so excited when I saw them.  I’m pretty sure that I screamed or gasped right there in the aisle, but when you’re pregnant, you can get away with that sort of thing without being questioned.

• Organic canned pumpkin
• Pumpkin bread & muffin mix
• Pumpkin butter (great on protein pancakes!)

• Agave & maple syrup blend
• Raisins (for homemade gluten-free granola bars for Michael)
• Sunflower seeds (also for the granola bars)
• Butternut squash

• Udi’s gluten-free bread
• Earth Balance butter
• Mini veggie tray
• Whole wheat tortilla wraps
• Soft-baked Snickerdoodles
• Plain Greek yogurt

As a distraction from all of my technological issues, I decided to put out some more fall decorations (and rearrange some existing ones).

I think that I am officially done with decorating (for now at least).  In fact, I’m trying to stop the nesting craziness and just relax for these next few weeks- but more on that tomorrow.

Has your Trader Joe’s put out their seasonal items yet?  If so, did you buy anything?  I think that I’m going to pick up some back-ups next week along with the pancake mix.  What can I say?  It’s an obsession.
