Just a little Hocus Pocus
Well, my official due date is tomorrow!
On one hand, it is hard to believe that the day is almost here. Back in April, Michael bought an “Is it October yet?” t-shirt for me, and I remember how October 24th seemed ages and ages away.
On the other hand, I’ve had contractions and labor signs for weeks, so it feels like the date should have come and gone a hundred times by now!
Truth be told, the waiting process was kind of bumming me out a few days ago, but now I actually feel really good. In fact, I suddenly have loads and loads of energy. I even cleaned and rearranged one of our bedrooms yesterday.
I seriously felt like Superwoman!
I’m going to try to give my super powers a little break this afternoon though and watch one of my favorite movies ever…
After all, the baby might arrive at any moment. I’d just hate to let a year go by without getting to watch my three favorite witches!

I love the Charlie Brown movie too. I tried to get it from Netflix, but there was a long wait.
It might be on the local channels – thought they played this almost every year around this time.
Ahh that’s one of my favorite movies ever too!
I should have waited until Thursday to watch it then!
I don’t really have a favorite Halloween movie, but I watched Fight Club a few hours before I went into labor with my first son.
