Anti-aging green juice
You may recall that I was on a big juice kick awhile back which was later replaced by a massive smoothie obsession.
Well, I was reading back through some of my old posts a month or so ago, and I remembered how wonderful I felt when I was drinking both smoothies and juice. So, I dusted off my trusty juicer and have been happily juicing ever since.
My favorite concoction right now is just filled with lots of anti-aging properties. In fact, I’ve even gone so far as to nickname it “Botox in a Glass” (though you’ll be relieved to know that you can still make facial expressions after drinking it).
You can alter the ingredients however you’d like. I personally go very light on the ginger and sometimes only use half a cucumber. Sometimes I even like to add a sprinkle of cinnamon or substitute a pear for the apple.
I know. I’m so wild and crazy, right?
Drink this juice several times a week for lots of vitamins A, B, C, and K, to reduce inflammation, rid your body of toxins, and hydrate from the inside out.

We’re battling Michael’s first cold right now. Each little sniffle and raspy coo just breaks my heart, but I’ve made sure that these past two days have been restful.
My little one needs to get better soon because we have some fun plans in store for us next week.
