Weekly round-up (Audrey Hepburn edition)
Here’s a recap of my posts from the week in case you’re just catching up:
How to manage and organize your digital clutter
Weekend recap (lots of family time)
Lunchtime check-in (Salmon strawberry poppyseed salad)
The first time that I saw Audrey Hepburn on film was when I was sixteen years old.
I was mindlessly flipping through the television channels trying to distract myself from the fact that my grandfather had just passed away, and for whatever reason, I landed on My Fair Lady and was instantly drawn in.
I loved everything about the movie- the songs, the humor, the romance, and most of all, Audrey.
She was clearly beautiful on the outside, and from what I’ve read and seen in interviews, she was even more beautiful on the inside.
Audrey will always be one of my favorite actresses because of her charm, grace, and beauty, but mostly because she managed to make me smile during a time when that didn’t seem possible.
I’ve gathered some of her lovely and inspiring quotes for the weekly round-up today, and I hope that you enjoy them as much as I do.
What’s your favorite Audrey Hepburn movie? My very favorite is actually Roman Holiday. If you have not seen it, you absolutely must watch it ASAP. I swear on my collection of Lionel Richie memorabilia that you’ll love it. And if you’re a regular reader, you know that means I’m serious.
Enjoy your weekend!

I adore Audrey Hepburn. She’s not only a style icon but a role model of mine. Plus, her quotes are some of my absolute favorites. “For beautiful eyes look for the good in others…” is framed at my desk at work
Fabulous post. Have a wonderful weekend!
