I love using this to make things like veggie stir fry and salmon because it only contains a small amount of natural sodium and no table salt. It tastes just like soy sauce but won’t leave you with all of the bloat!
I actually dislike the taste of maca (which has been nicknamed “The Fountain of Youth”) but cannot even detect it at all when I use this powder in my smoothies and hot chocolate (which I make by adding some powder to warm almond milk). I’m really glad that I enjoy this powder so much because maca has so many great health benefits (especially for women).
In my experience, it is difficult to find protein powders that do not contain soy, dairy, weird additives, or have a chalky, fake aftertaste. This powder tastes great, and it is vegan, soy, dairy, and gluten free.
Pitted dates are truly nature’s candy, and they make for the perfect healthy snack when I’m craving something sweet. In fact I added one to my pumpkin smoothie morning!
I love the taste of this beverage, and the added bonus is that it is rich in omega fatty acids, supports hair and nail growth, improves skin, and helps to fight the signs of aging.
It is probably because I’m a health nut, but NatureBox is my favorite subscription box service. It is such a fun way to try some new healthy snacks, and I’ve never been disappointed with one of the boxes I’ve received.
