How I’m feeling 1 week postpartum

Time to play a little catch-up today… MT and I took Michael to his first pediatrician visit on Monday morning. It was so cute to watch him get examined, and despite the fact that the appointment interrupted his feeding time, he was such a little angel through the whole thing and didn’t make a peep. Part two: A little story about the birth of my son

Be sure to read part one first if you missed it! The drive to the hospital wasn’t that much fun being that my contractions were coming on every minute or so. However, we were really lucky that there wasn’t any traffic at 11 pm, so I wasn’t stressed out about making it to the hospital in time- which had been a fear of mine throughout the whole pregnancy. Baby Turner has arrived!

Just 30 minutes after I hit publish on my post on Tuesday night, I started to go into labor on my own (even though I was scheduled to be induced today).
