20 healthy mason jar salads & layering tips

20 healthy mason jar salads & layering tips

When I was a little girl, my Aunt Jane, who has since passed away, used to make homemade jam.  It was always delicious- especially the blueberry jam, and I used to get so excited when she’d send it to our house all bottled up in cute little mason jars. I think that is what started my love for mason jars.  Aunt Jane knew that they were cool way before it became trendy to drink out of them, store things in them, photograph them to death on Instagram, and make mason jar salads. What I’ve been eating lately: Quick & easy wrap

My sister Melissa is a teacher, and since the summer will be over before we know it, I’ve been trying to spend as much time with her as possible.  That means, play dates, TCBY, coffee at Starbucks, and lunch together at my house last week. When I was stuck indoors for for two whole days, I happened to see a commercial for Pull-ups and The Potty Dance on TV. Oh. my. goodness.  I cannot get that song out of my head!!!  Has anyone seen it?  Apparently, it has been around for awhile, and I am a little late to the Potty Dancing Party.   Tonight I decided to play with a new cookbook that Michael gave to me for Christmas. I’m so excited about this book and all of the amazing recipes inside.  Oatmeal Blueberry Banana Pancakes? Quinoa Banana Apple Muffins?  Balsamic...
