Healthy Living Summit Highlights (Part II)

Well, I’m still on a Healthy Living Summit high!

Today I’m going to post highlights 8-13, even though this list could easily become 8- 1,000.  And just so you know that I can count, be sure to check out Part I for highlights 1-7. 😉

Highlight #8:  Reading Terminal Market.  Coolest. Place. Ever.

(I totally heart this picture of Diana.)

(What on earth is going on with my smile?!)

(In case you’re wondering, the big hunk of brown is a veggie burger.  It was very good even though it looks like a turd in this photo.)

Highlight #9:  Listening to Dawn Jackson Blatner speak and learning that I am a Flexitarian (more about that in the near future…).

Highlight #10:  The constant availability of delicious healthy food.

Highlight #11:  Eating dinner at The Corner and learning that there is such a thing as a seafood hotdog.

(FYI- These were sinfully good!)

(Beet salad)

(Crusty bread with olives & tuna tartare)

(Andrea’s seafood hotdog)

Highlight #12:  Taking a walk with the group and climbing the stairs from Rocky.

(Yo, Adrian!)

Highlight #13:  Being around so many healthy, beautiful, and incredible people for an entire weekend.

It is hard to believe that HLS is over for this year, but I’m so happy for the wonderful experience.  I cannot wait for next year!

Have a great day!

(And don’t forget to enter my NuNaturals stevia giveaway! The winner will be announced tomorrow.)
