Nursery sneak peek

Happy Wednesday!

As I shared earlier this week, our nursery is coming along quite nicely.  Even though I still have some more work to do, I’m going to give you all a little sneak peek today.

In my final reveal, I’ll also provide details regarding where we bought everything.

I hope you enjoy!

The hanging honey bear that you see is part of the crib mobile.

And of course, you may recognize the giraffe from my last weekend recap.  He seems pretty happy in his new home. 🙂

Hopefully, the glider and changing table will arrive soon too.  I’m growing impatient!

Before I sign off, I need to share all of the loot that I found yesterday evening at the consignment sale.  The brands include Polo, Baby Gap, and Carter’s.

(I also got a new, unphotographed, maternity shirt.)

The grand total was just $52 for everything!

My most exciting purchase was the blue piggy bank.  I had been searching for one for several days, and most of the ones that I found were between $20 and $30.  This one was just one dollar!

Time for me to head off to the eye doctor.  I’m down to my last pair of contacts.  Nothing like waiting until the last minute to make an appointment…

Have a great day!

  1. I got some great deals at the consignment sale too!

I love the toy basket with the chalkboard label. So cute!

  2. Love! It looks like your nursery is coming along sweetly…you know something? Babies and toddlers LOVE giraffes. They are the perfect, most gentle, most distinct animal, and Jack is obsessed. Good job on that!

  3. Thanks for the sneak peak and it is coming together quite nicely. I love the basket of toys:) Happy Wednesday!
