The top foods for beautiful hair, skin, and nails

There’s so much talk about how we can look our very best by using makeup, creams, lotions, procedures, and whatever else.  It makes it easy to forget that the way we look on the outside is often a reflection of the foods that we choose to eat.

Following a very clean diet will definitely help to improve our looks, but I decided to get a bit more specific today and made up a cheat sheet of exactly what foods have the greatest impact on our hair, skin, and nails.

Notice how salmon, my very favorite food in the world, makes an appearance in all three categories!

As I’ve said approximately 651,433 times, drinking water is also extremely important when it comes to our looks and the overall health of our bodies.  Personally, I look pretty beastly when I’m dehydrated, so I carry a big bottle of water along with me wherever I go as sort of a public service.
